About the Role
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office & Administration Executive to manage reception and day-to-day office administration while providing support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk, welcome visitors, and handle incoming calls and enquiries.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, couriers, and general office requirements.
Maintain office records, correspondence, documentation, and filing.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and onboarding formalities.




Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements.
Provide general administrative and HR support as required.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administration, HR support, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Professional appearance and valuable interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and company information.
