Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer E4 is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting Sky Deutschland's digital transformation and service management objectives. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to deliver creative, reliable,



and efficient platform capabilities across multiple business domains. A key focus of this position is supporting the migration and consolidation of ServiceNow environments, ensuring the successful transition of applications, integrations, workflows, and data while minimizing business disruption. The role contributes to platform standardization, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping drive operational excellence and long-term platform sustainability. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, and external partners, the ServiceNow Developer E4 will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, promote development best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and service management standards.
