Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home.



The role involves managing the sales cycle for industrial pumps, motors, and compressors, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical guidance to customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to design suitable solutions. The Senior Sales Engineer will maintain relationships with key accounts, respond to technical and commercial inquiries, and ensure timely post-sales support and follow-up. The role also includes regular field visits within the region, market intelligence gathering, and contribution to sales planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain industrial pumping, motor, and compressor systems.
Proven Sales and Customer Service capabilities, including prospect managem
