About the Role:
Our Claims Intelligence platform leverages AI-driven insights from claim notes and documents to identify emerging trends and support decision-making for underwriters, adjusters, actuaries, and portfolio managers.
As an AI Engineer, you will focus on building and scaling AI inference pipelines, integrating Data Science modules into production workflows, and engineering large-scale data processing systems. This is a highly technical role with a robust emphasis on AI engineering and pipeline development rather than frontend/UI development.
What You'll Work On
✅ Integrating NLP and LLM-based AI modules into end-to-end production workflows
✅ Building scalable inference pipelines for:
Document Classification
Entity Extraction
PII/DEID Processing
Trend Detection
Multilingual Search & Retrieval
✅ Developing Airflow DAGs and orchestration workflows on AWS EKS
✅ Building hybrid search solutions using:
Dense Embeddings
Vector Search
Full-Text Search

✅ Managing large-scale document processing pipelines handling hundreds of millions of text chunks
✅ Deploying and monitoring production AI systems using MLflow and Databricks
