Role Description The Mechanical Project Coordinator is a contract, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for coordinating mechanical project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between engineering, construction, and client teams. The coordinator will assist in preparing and reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation, and help ensure that project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.



Daily tasks include tracking project progress, supporting site inspections, documenting issues, and facilitating resolution with relevant stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with senior engineers on water, wastewater, and related infrastructure projects to support timely and compliant project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical engineering foundation with experience in coordinating project activities, preferably in water, wastewater, power, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation, and report on progress and issues clearly.
Knowledge of project management practices, including scheduling, resource planning, and basic cost monitoring.
Familiarity with safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements related to mechanical and environmental engineering projects.
