Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, responsible for designing and executing the hospital’s overall marketing and communication strategy. This position leads the planning and implementation of campaigns that promote diabetes care,



multispeciality services, and community health initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing market research, developing annual marketing plans, managing brand positioning, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to support patient acquisition and retention. The role also involves managing public relations activities, supervising digital and offline marketing channels, collaborating with external agencies, and tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI. The Head of Marketing will lead and mentor the marketing team, ensure adherence to ethical healthcare communication standards, and represent the hospital at key events and partnerships.
