Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Support Executive, open to both freshers and experienced professionals. The role involves responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online support channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The Customer Support Executive will provide clear information about services, assist with troubleshooting basic technical concerns, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, following support processes, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality. Qualifications

Robust skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
