We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) IT Recruiter based in India to join our North American Talent Acquisition team. This is a fully remote position, supporting hiring activities across Canada and the United States. The successful candidate must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to effectively partner with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders across North America.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building robust relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Consult with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Develop compelling job postings and publish opportunities across internal and external recruitment platforms.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsible for recruiting process:
Sourcing candidates through various channels
Screening resumes and conducting phone screenings
Conducting HR interviews and candidate assessments
Preparing interview summaries and HR recommendations
Updating recruitment systems and maintaining accurate documentation
Communicating and following up with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process
Extending employment offers and negotiating terms when appropriate
Managing offer acceptance through to pre-onboarding activities
