Role: Lead – HR Operations

Experience - 8 to 10 years

Manager HR operations will be responsible for leading the delivery, governance, compliance, and

continuous improvement of HR operational processes across the GCC.

The role ensures efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR service delivery while establishing

solid process controls, governance mechanisms, and operational excellence standards that

support the GCC's growth and maturity.

The role will also play a key part in building scalable HR operational frameworks, strengthening

compliance and audit readiness, and supporting the organization's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

 Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee

lifecycle management, documentation, payroll coordination, leave & attendance

management, HR data management, and HR systems administration.

 Ensure timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of HR operational services.

 Act as the primary escalation point for complex HR operational issues.





 Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs) to drive operational excellence.

 Build scalable HR operational processes and service delivery models that support

the evolving needs of a growing GCC.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

 Establish governance, review mechanisms, and operational controls across all HR

processes.

 Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation

 Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company

policies, and audit requirements.

 Lead HR compliance activities by maintaining statutory compliance calendars and

ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirements.

 Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external HR audits, ensuring audit

readiness through robust documentation, timely closure of audit observations, and

implementation of corrective actions.
