Position Overview
We are looking for a technically competent and execution-focused Project Engineer to manage the on-site execution of industrial rooftop solar projects.
The Project Engineer will take ownership of the project after formal handover from the Engineering Department and will be responsible for completing the installation safely, accurately, on schedule and in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities




Take complete charge of the assigned project site after receiving a formal handover from the Engineering Department.
Study approved drawings, Bill of Materials, project scope, technical specifications and execution schedules before commencing work.
Plan and supervise the installation of module mounting structures, solar modules, DC cabling, inverters, AC systems, earthing, lightning protection and associated equipment.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project execution plans.
Allocate manpower, contractors, tools and equipment according to the project schedule.
Coordinate with the customer’s project, electrical, civil, maintenance and safety teams for work permits and site clearances.
Ensure that all work is completed strictly according to approved drawings, technical specifications and established installation practices.
Monitor material receipt, unloading, storage, consumption and reconciliation at the project site.
