Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and providing prompt, courteous assistance in person and over the phone. The specialist will handle reservations, address guest feedback,



coordinate with the restaurant and bar teams, and ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include maintaining high standards of service, resolving issues with professionalism, and accurately communicating menu, promotions, and venue information. The role also involves supporting operational needs such as managing queues, assisting with order-related questions, and contributing to a welcoming environment that reflects the company’s hospitality standards.
