Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance in alignment with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, assisting with selection and offer processes,



and facilitating induction and training coordination. The role will also involve handling employee queries, assisting in performance management processes, monitoring attendance and leave, and supporting payroll-related inputs. The HR Executive will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, policy communication, and compliance reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
