Responsibilities:
Design and develop recent software features on SonicWall firewall product-line.
Able to deliver features on time, with the highest level of quality, in the best interest of the customer.
Facilitate problem diagnosis and prompt resolution for issues reported by customers.




Maintain existing software features by implementing enhancements and fixing bugs.
Write functional and design specifications, and work with technical publications team for documentation needs.
Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews, test case reviews, and process enhancements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work with different groups, teams and projects.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3-4 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in C is a must with 3+ years of experience.
Hands on experience with Firewalls, SD-WAN, Routing technologies, VPNs, High Availability is a strong plus.
Hands on experience and knowledge of Networking protocols and functioning of TCP/IP stack.
