? THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly creative Scriptwriter who understands how short-form content works.

But this is not just a writing job.

You will be responsible for taking a content idea from:

? IDEA → ✍️ SCRIPT → ? SHOOT → ?️ EDIT → ? FINAL REEL

You should know how to write viral Reel scripts and also have the ability to direct the execution of your scripts during shoots.

You’ll work closely with our Videographer, Video Editor,



Models and Creative Team to make sure the final content matches the original vision.

? WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

✍️ SCRIPTWRITING & IDEATION

* Write 50–60 creative Reel scripts/concepts every month
* Develop viral, fun and engaging content ideas
* Write strong scroll-stopping hooks
* Create scripts specifically designed for Instagram Reels and short-form content
* Write content that improves:
* Retention
* Shares
* Comments
* Watch time
* Virality
* Turn trends and internet culture into original content formats
* Research trending topics, memes, creators and viral content
* Create content for different industries and brands

Your job doesn’t end after writing the script.

You will also be expected to direct the execution of your content.

This includes:

* Explaining the script to the Videographer
* Directing models, hosts and talent
* Helping decide how a scene should be performed
* Planning the flow of the Reel
* Suggesting shots and creative m
