Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and business-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, build relevant context, conduct market research, and develop scalable AI-powered solutions using strong technical and business logic.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.
Build and integrate AI, Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and automation capabilities.
Develop strong context-building and prompt engineering approaches for AI applications.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven research using business logic.
Translate business requirements into effective AI/ML solutions and workflows.
Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.




Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.
Work with frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js when required.
Develop, test, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and applications.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or software development.
Robust programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or RAG.
Strong understanding of context building, prompt engineering, and business logic.
Experience with market research, data analysis, and problem solving.
Knowledge of APIs, backend development, databases, and software development practices.
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, Rea
