Job Title: ETL & Database Developer (Informatica / Greenplum / Cloud)

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Database & ETL Developer with robust SQL, Informatica, and MPP database experience (preferably Greenplum), along with exposure to cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale datasets, designing scalable data pipelines, and supporting production systems in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica.

Build, optimize, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Greenplum/PostgreSQL.

Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.

Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance standards.

Troubleshoot ETL failures, analyze root causes,



and provide timely fixes.

Perform application support activities including batch/job monitoring, incident triage, and resolution of job failures.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly data loads.

Identify recurring production issues and implement long-term preventive solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support production releases and data pipeline enhancements.

Required Skills

8–10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering, or data integration roles.

Strong experience with Greenplum or other MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) systems.

Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).

Experience in financial services or large-scale, data-intensive environments.

Linux shell scripting and familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes.

Experience with production support, job scheduli
