About The Role

We are pioneering the future of voice automation quality engineering by building a platform that tests Generative AI-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems through real, automated phone calls. As enterprise voice applications rapidly evolve, delivering an intuitive, sophisticated, and seamless user interface for complex AI evaluation workflows is core to our product vision.

We are seeking a visionary Principal/Lead UI/UX Designer to establish the design strategy, set the UX vision, and lead our team of UI/UX designers. Sitting at the intersection of enterprise software, data visualization, and conversational AI engineering, you will shape how users interact with complex AI analytics, testing pipelines, and voice infrastructure monitoring. You will empower your team, elevate our design culture, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver world-class user experiences across our entire platform.

Key Responsibilities

UX Vision & Design Strategy

Define and champion the overall UX/UI vision, design strategy,



and user-centered design principles across Company's enterprise platform.
Translate complex Generative AI evaluation metrics, test execution workflows, and telephony analytics into clear, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
Establish design frameworks, quality standards, and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and design excellence across all product lines.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of creative innovation, continuous feedback, and user empathy.
Manage design resources, project allocation, and design delivery schedules in alignment with product engineering roadmaps.
Drive regular design critiques, research reviews, and team-oriented workshops to elevate the team's craft and execution.
