Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.n
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.n
- Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.n
- Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.n
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.n
- Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.n
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.n

nRequired Expertise & Qualifications

- n




- Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.n
- 2–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.n
- Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.n
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).n
- Solid fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.n
- Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.n
- Good verbal and written communication skills.n
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.n
