Position Overview:
As a casual Residential Youth Worker with Edmen, you’ll play a meaningful role supporting children and young people in out-of-home care. We’re looking for compassionate,



resilient individuals who can respond to complex behaviours—including physical and non-verbal communication—often linked to trauma, neurodiversity, and disrupted attachment. Enjoy the flexibility of casual work with the added benefit of advance rostering for greater stability, plus access to emergency and ad hoc shifts each week. Competitive hourly rates range from $44.61 to $80.30, depending on penalty rates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create safety, stability and predictability: Build a safe, trusting relationship with young people and foster a secure, nurturing environment for at-risk youth.
