Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Graduate Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary Allied Health team in Alice Springs. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills while working within a culturally safe, community-controlled health service, with strong supervision and support from experienced clinicians.
The role:
- Provide person-centred, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services.
- Support clients to build independence, function and wellbeing across home, family and community settings.
- Work across programs including NDIS, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)



and Chronic Conditions.
- Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Allied Health Assistants, nurses, GPs and other allied health professionals.
- Participate in clinical supervision, professional development and multidisciplinary care planning.
- Contribute to culturally responsive and strengths-based practice.
- Occasional remote travel may be required.

About you:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
- A genuine interest in working with Aboriginal communities and developing culturally safe practice.
- Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible and community-focused approach to service delivery.
- Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations.
- Current NT Driver Licence or ability to obtain.
