We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can take ownership of our B2B lead generation activities and help build a strong, consistent sales pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, researching businesses, communicating with potential clients, and working in a fast-moving startup workplace. What You’ll Do - Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers across relevant industries. - Build, maintain, and continuously improve a qualified sales lead database and pipeline. - Execute cold email campaigns, prospecting campaigns, and other outbound lead-generation activities.
- Develop targeted prospect lists using relevant online research, business directories, LinkedIn, and other appropriate sources. - Write and optimize outreach messages, email sequences, and campaign content to improve response and conversion rates. - Track leads, follow-ups, responses, meetings, and pipeline movement using CRM or internal tracking systems. - Coordinate with the sales and business development team to qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. - Analyze campaign performance and continuously test new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion.
