HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA. Role Overview We are looking for a React / TanStack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TanStack Start. - Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components. - Work with TypeScript and modern frontend development practices. - Integrate applications with backend APIs and databases. - Work with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL for data access and management. - Implement and optimize Redis caching where required. - Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver solutions.



- Follow best practices for code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with React.js. - Strong experience with TanStack Start. - Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience building production-grade web applications. - Good understanding of API integration and up-to-date application architecture. - Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
