Role Overview Offshore BAU role requiring an independent contributor who can manage reporting requirements with minimal supervision. Candidate should be capable of coordinating directly with onsite stakeholders and business users. Responsible for understanding data, analyzing requirements, performing data mapping, and developing reports/dashboards. Mandatory Skills Power BI (Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience) SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) with proven project experience Strong SQL skills Complex queries Data extraction and reporting Read operations and data analysis Power BI Dashboard and Visualization development Requirement gathering and business analysis Data mapping and source-to-target understanding SSRS Expectations Solid hands-on experience in developing operational reports using SSRS.



Candidate should provide project examples/evidence showcasing SSRS implementation. Ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into SSRS reports. Power BI Expectations Experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of: Data modelling Data visualization best practices Must have delivered at least 1-2 end-to-end Power BI projects . SQL Expectations Strong proficiency in SQL queries. Data validation and reconciliation Query optimization concepts Domain Knowledge Banking experience preferred Basic understanding of:
