nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of IT experience and a strong background in Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing enterprise application development projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives. A PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.n
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.n
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, development teams, QA, and infrastructure teams.n
- Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.n
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.n




- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.n
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.n
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.n
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure adherence to best practices.n
- Manage vendor and client communications where applicable.n
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.n
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.n
