About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The role involves creating high-quality 3D concepts, visualizations and realistic renders for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, brand activations and other on-ground branding projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D design, modelling, rendering and spatial visualization, along with the ability to translate creative briefs into practical, execution-oriented designs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D concepts, models and realistic renders
Create designs for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, kiosks and branding installations
Develop visual concepts for brand activations and on-ground visibility projects
Prepare 3D visuals and presentations for client discussions




Incorporate feedback and make design revisions as required
Ensure designs are practical and aligned with fabrication and execution requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to translate concepts into executable designs
Required Skills
Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and Maya
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of 3D modelling, rendering, lighting and materials
Good sense of design, proportion and spatial visualization
Understanding of fabrication and execution will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Relevant degree/diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field will be an advantage
Solid portfolio is mandatory
