The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who knows that running ads is only one part of the job.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google, with a direct focus on revenue, profitability and growth.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Own campaign performance across ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CVR,



AOV and revenue.
Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute creative, audience, offer and funnel testing.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify the actual bottleneck.
Work with creative and strategy teams to develop performance-driven growth strategies.
Build performance reports focused on insights, actions and business outcomes.
Contribute to performance frameworks, testing systems and growth playbooks.
Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, creative testing and execution.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with D2C / e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
Robust understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CVR and AOV.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
