What would you do?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Customer Operations Incident management ticketing system
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams,



in-depth analysis of requirements, and ensuring Reduction in repeated incidents, Ticket closure turnaround time, Accuracy of issue resolution, Stakeholder satisfaction, reduced rework
You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products
Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
Identify opportunities to optimize planning processes and improve service levels
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning operations What are we looking for?
