Stonehead Bikes is a Royal Enfield rental and touring company based in Delhi, serving international riders on Himalayan and cross-country motorcycle tours since 2009. We're looking for a driven Tour Executive to grow our presence across global tour marketplaces and manage our tour listings end-to-end.

Role Overview
You'll be responsible for listing, marketing, and managing our guided motorcycle tours on international aggregator platforms, while also supporting broader tour promotion and coordination. This is a growth-focused role suited to someone comfortable with both marketing and operational follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
Aggregator & Listings Management
Create, optimize, and manage tour listings on platforms including TripAdvisor Experiences, TourRadar, GetYourGuide, Viator, BookMotorcycleTours.com, and Airbnb Experiences
Write compelling tour descriptions, itineraries, and titles tailored to each platform's audience and SEO requirements
Upload and manage high-quality photos/videos for each listing
Keep pricing, availability,



and inclusions updated and consistent across all platforms
Monitor listing performance (views, click-through, conversions) and optimize based on data
Marketing & Promotion
Run and manage paid promotions on aggregator platforms where available (featured listings, sponsored placements)
Coordinate with the social media/content team to repurpose tour content (photos, rider testimonials, video clips) for aggregator listings
Identify recent aggregator platforms, travel forums, and partnership opportunities to expand tour visibility
Build relationships with travel bloggers, motorcycle travel influencers, and tour resellers for cross-promotion
Track competitor tour listings and pricing on the same platforms to stay competitive
Reviews & Reputation
Actively request and follow up on client reviews across TripAdvisor, Google, Viator, and other platforms post-tour
Respond professionally to reviews and queries on all aggregator platforms
