About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Project Associate to manage the end-to-end setup, configuration, onboarding, and rollout of the Taqtics platform for current and existing clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, configure the platform around their workflows, manage implementation timelines, conduct training sessions, and ensure successful adoption.
The role will involve managing Free Trials, Proof of Concepts (POCs),



and full-scale implementations while coordinating closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You’ll DoPlatform Setup & Configuration
Understand client requirements, business processes, and operational workflows across industries
Translate client requirements into structured platform configurations
Configure Taqtics modules such as Checklists, Audits, Action Points, Assets, Training, and other operational workflows
Build client-specific workflows and use cases within the platform
Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for custom requirements or technical dependencies
Test configurations before client rollout
Client Onboarding & Rollout
Manage project timelines for Free Trials, POCs, and full-scale rollouts
Create and maintain implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding
