Post - Offline Sales Executive Automobile

Job Purpose
To drive offline sales and distribution of automobile products/accessories through KIOSK and workshop/fitment channels, ensure quality installation service coordination, maintain product display and service records, and generate customer feedback content to support marketing and quality efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage offline KIOSK sales and product display management for automobile products/accessories at all KIOSK locations
• Drive offline sales and distribution of automobile products/accessories within the assigned territory
• Identify, onboard, and tie up with automobile workshops/fitment centers (PAN India) for product installation services
• Coordinate scheduling of installations between customers and workshops
• Ensure installations are carried out as per company standards and timelines
• Visit/audit workshops periodically to check service quality and compliance
• Maintain and update database of empaneled workshops/fitment centers (location, capacity, contact details,



agreements)
• Maintain complete service records for each installation (customer details, product, workshop, date, status)
• Collect customer feedback post-installation — reviews, ratings, photos, and videos
• Coordinate with customers to resolve fitment-related complaints or issues
• Build relationships with workshop owners/technicians and KIOSK partners to ensure smooth long-term partnership
• Share collected reviews/photos/videos with marketing team for promotional use
• Prepare periodic reports on installation volumes, sales performance, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills
• Strong offline sales and distribution skills, preferably in the automobile industry
• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills (for automobile workshop/KIOSK tie-ups)
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally to visit KIOSKs and workshops
• Positive record-keeping and reporting ability
