3. Experience in MDM integration with CRM & ERP systems
Experience in:
Data ingestion/inbound configurations
Outbound configurations
Workflow Management
Manual Merge / Unmerge / Curation
4. Robust SQL skills for data analysis and validation
Understanding of:
Customer master data processes
Healthcare hierarchies & affiliations
MDM entities (Customer, Organization, Product, Payer)
GxP compliance and regulated environments
5.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
6.Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps
7. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
