Role Description The Territory Sales Manager – Vijayawada will drive growth for FACE Prep by developing and managing relationships with colleges, training partners, and institutional clients in the region. This on-site, full-time role involves identifying new business opportunities,



presenting FACE Prep’s training and placement solutions, and negotiating and closing sales. The person in this role will conduct regular meetings and presentations, follow up on leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track performance against targets. They will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate training deliveries, address client needs, and ensure a positive experience for students and institutional partners. The role also includes providing feedback from the market to help improve products and strategies, and representing FACE Prep at local events, seminars, and campus activities.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Sales capabilities with experience in consultative selling, lead generation, and closing deals.
