THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, hands-on project manager who can lead SEO and AIO accounts with confidence, understand what makes social media work, and see how every digital channel contributes to the larger marketing objective.

You will own delivery, but you will also be expected to exercise judgment. That means reading an SEO audit and spotting the weak logic, questioning a content recommendation that has no search intent behind it, recognising when a social calendar is busy but strategically empty, and explaining the way forward to a client without hiding behind the specialist team.

This is project management with a digital brain.

YOUR PRIORITIES
SEO AND AIO : Lead organic-search accounts from diagnosis to execution. Connect technical SEO, content,



authority and AI-led discovery into one coherent plan.
SOCIAL MEDIA : Oversee strategy, calendars, campaigns and reporting with a sharp eye on audience, platform behaviour, brand voice and performance.
DIGITAL MARKETING : Understand the wider ecosystem (websites, content, analytics, paid media, email and conversion journeys) well enough to manage integrated work and ask the questions that matter.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Own SEO and AIO delivery end to end. Turn business goals into roadmaps, sprint plans, explicit responsibilities and measurable outcomes across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content, authority building, local search and visibility in AI-generated answers.

Interrogate the strategy. Review keyword and intent mapping, audits, content briefs, internal-linking plans, schema recommendations, reporting and AIO experiments before they reach the client. You do not need to execute every task, but you must know when the wo
