About the Role

We are looking for a Senior – School Partnerships professional who understands the Indian school ecosystem and can build trusted relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, academic heads and education leaders.

This is a consultative business development and sales role. The successful candidate will combine education expertise, relationship-building, storytelling and commercial ability to engage schools, understand their needs and create opportunities for meaningful AI-led transformation.

We are looking for people who can tell a compelling story, influence senior stakeholders and convert conversations into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Build School Partnerships

* Build and maintain robust relationships with school owners, trustees, principals and academic leaders.




* Develop a high-quality network of schools across India.
* Identify and qualify new institutional opportunities.
* Build relationships from initial introduction through engagement, negotiation and closure.
* Develop long-term partnerships with schools and education institutions.

Consultative Sales & Business Development

* Understand the academic, operational and strategic challenges faced by schools.
* Identify opportunities where Dreamtime Learning can create meaningful value.
* Lead discovery conversations, presentations, workshops and demonstrations.
* Convert school challenges into compelling business and education propositions.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting → discovery → presentation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Storytelling & Stakeholder Engagement

* Present ideas around the future of edu
