Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Luminova is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City.
The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand project requirements, propose suitable lighting and automation solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. The Sales Engineer collaborates closely with design, project, and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design, smooth handover, and coordinated execution. Typical responsibilities include conducting site visits, delivering product and solution presentations, responding to technical queries, and supporting bidding and tender processes. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, tracking opportunities, and providing post-sales technical support in coordination with internal service teams.
