ABOUT THE ROLE
Adapt Global Studios is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing global team. In this role, you won't just crush the day-to-day numbers, you will actively help shape our financial operations. Working closely with the Finance Lead, you will gain hands-on exposure across accounting, payments, reporting, and day-to-day finance and strategic operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including vendor bills, freelancer payments, and customer invoices.
· Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations and proactively investigate discrepancies and monitor real-time cash flow.
· Support end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Coordinate international freelancer, vendor, and contractor payroll accurately and on time.
· Assist with monthly financial reporting, expense tracking, cash-flow monitoring, and month-end close activities. Rapidly spin up ad-hoc financial models, variance analyses, and data visualizations to support strategic business decisions.
· Maintain proper supporting documentation and organized financial records.
· Assist with employee and contractor payroll-related processes and documentation.
· Maintain pristine digital documentation and jump into cross-functional operational projects as the startup scales and new priorities emerge.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of relevant experience; strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Good understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.
· Robust Excel Sheets skills.
