? Destination knowledge is a MUST.
Candidates with insufficient experience or limited destination knowledge are requested NOT to apply.

? WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–6 years of relevant travel industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Long-Haul destinations
• Strong command over Sales as well as Operations
• Ability to independently handle enquiries, quotations, bookings and operations
• Excellent destination and product knowledge
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle B2C travel enquiries from lead to booking
• Robust sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
• Prepare quotations,



detailed itineraries and holiday packages
• Excellent knowledge of Long-Haul destinations
• Handle flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and complete package operations
• Coordinate with international suppliers and customers
• Manage amendments, cancellations and post-booking support
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel journey

Europe | USA & Canada | Australia & New Zealand | Japan | South Africa | Middle East & other Long-Haul destinations
