We are looking for someone two to four years into professional full-stack work: strong enough on frontend fundamentals to build a responsive interface properly, strong enough on backend fundamentals to design a REST API and the database behind it, and comfortable implementing authentication and authorisation across both.

The rest of the job is the ordinary discipline — clean and maintainable code, code review, performance improvements, and debugging that does not stop at the first plausible explanation.

This position is based in Gwalior, full-time and onsite.

Responsibilities

Develop frontend and backend application features.




Build responsive web interfaces.
Develop and integrate REST APIs.
Design and work with databases.
Implement authentication and authorization.
Debug issues across the complete application stack.
Improve application performance.
Write clean and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product teams.
Take features from requirements through implementation and deployment.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience building REST APIs.
Good knowledge of databases.
Experience with Git/GitHub.
Understanding of deployment and development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills.
