Roles And Responsibilities





AIT 1 Engineer is responsible for taking the airframes to a production configuration by integrating and configuring the flight controller and other associated electronics.
Candidates should be able to route the wirings and integrate different payloads to the UAV as per mission requirements.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of engineering of UAVs (FW / VTOL etc.) of various classes and configurations.
They should have demonstrable working knowledge of aircraft building, integration and testing for qualified applications.
Building UAVs from the designs given by the Design and Analysis teams.
Integrating the flight controller with other onboard avionics and configuring autopilots.
Integrating the OBC (NVIDIA Boards, Raspberry pi etc.) with PixHawk and peripheral programming to mission requirements.
Configuring, integrating and testing on-board avionics like GPS, EO/IR cameras, airspeed sensors, optical flow sensors etc.
