Who We Are

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T;) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and Development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
Understand System requirements and Layout the Baseline Design
Generate Conceptual designs and Perform validation techniques to select Best Optimal Design
Selection of Materials and manufacturing process for Composite, Metallic, Plastic, etc.
Perform Design Calculations as per System Requirements
Hand Calculations, Preliminary Sizing through basic FE Analysis
Develop 3D Models and drawings using CATIA 3D Experience.
Build Assemblies and Perform Stack-up Analysis.




Design Mold /Tooling/Fixtures for Component Manufacturing
Involve and assist in manufacturing activity at shop floor.
Interact with Manufacturing team to optimize the design for better producibility and to solve the Manufacturing issues.
Handling the team independently, responsibility on all deliverables
Uses creativity from a wider perspective in terms of re-framing problems and approaches.
Continuously explores new practices and patterns for their problem-solving toolkit.

Must Have Skills

Experience in Aerospace Domain preferably exposure to New Product Development and able to work in Fast paced workplace.
Good Understanding of Aerodynamics and Behaviour of Aircraft Structure in response to Static and Dynamic Loads
Experience in Designing Structural Components like Wing and Fuselage of Aircraft
Performing Hand Calculations and Linear Static Analysis, Performing Stack-Up Analysis to verify Clash/Clearances in Assembly
