Job Title - Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Sales

(Base location flexible; role covers Eastern India)

Purpose of Role: This position will be responsible for driving sales and business development for the Enduron® range of crushing and screening equipment across mining customers in Eastern India. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding market presence across both greenfield projects and brownfield equipment replacement opportunities.

In addition, the role will support identification of opportunities for ESCO® crusher liners for competitive equipment, leveraging the installed base of crushing and screening solutions.

The position will own the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation through order closure and cash collection. Key responsibilities include territory development, tracking market competition and defining counter strategies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely execution and a positive customer experience.
