Role Overview
Genpact is building the team that defines how the world's largest enterprises adopt AI in production — not as pilots, but as the way the work gets done. As an Applied AI Lead, you will own a portfolio of strategic client engagements and lead the small, senior teams that deliver them. You will be the senior face Genpact puts in front of a client's executive team to co-design their AI strategy, and the senior builder who proves the strategy works by Friday.
