Job Overview -
We are looking for a technically strong, deeply curious Associate - Technical Content Research & Learning to work closely with the creator. This is not a traditional social-media or YouTube-operations role. The primary responsibility is to research technical topics deeply,
identify what is worth teaching, and help convert complex engineering concepts into accurate, engaging, and pedagogically sound content. The role will span three areas: Technical Content Research for YouTube, Content Strategy and Curriculum Planning, and designing the learning journey for learners who move from videos into structured courses on the LMS. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on command of DSA, strong software-engineering fundamentals, and the curiosity to independently understand unfamiliar systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities -
Technical Content Research -
Research DSA, software engineering, system design, backend, databases, distributed systems, AI engineering, and other relevant technology topics for upcoming videos.
