PERFORMANCE MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Location: Capital Highstreet, Jagatpura, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising and a strong interest in learning and growing in performance marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimization.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
Assist in setting up campaigns, ad sets, targeting, budgets, and bidding.
Track key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Assist with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising.
Support the Performance Marketing team in achieving campaign and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
