We have a requirement for a Principal Software Engineer in the Infrastructure Solutions Software team in our CE-SW group. This role combines technical leadership with responsibility for leading and developing a group of engineering teams delivering complex software for our cloud and data center products.
You will provide technical direction across the teams while leading through team leads, developing engineering capability and ensuring effective delivery across SoC, firmware and system software.

Responsibilities
You will:
Provide technical direction across multiple engineering teams, driving strong technical execution across SoC, firmware and system software from pre-silicon through silicon bring-up and production readiness.
Lead and develop team leads,
supporting them in building high-performing teams and developing the technical capability and careers of their engineers.
Drive engineering planning and execution, translating product requirements and architecture specifications into technical priorities, deliverables and effective team plans.
Collaborate across hardware, software, architecture and product teams to manage dependencies, resolve complex technical issues and drive engineering decisions.
Required Skills and Experience :
Extensive experience delivering complex system software within the embedded or infrastructure SoC space, with strong technical leadership across engineering teams.
Solid knowledge of low-level systems, including bootloaders, device drivers, OS fundamentals (preferably Linux), and computer architecture.
Strong background in C (or a similar language) programming, with proven skills in optimising software perform
