CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team

? Key Responsibilities:
• Convert leads/prospects into course enrollments
• Counsel students and understand their career goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Manage leads, follow-ups and sales activities through CRM
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer concerns

? Requirements:
• 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales; EdTech experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Life Science or related field preferred
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in achieving sales targets and using CRM
