About the role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of our Azure integration platform and help shape its future direction.
This is a hands-on role combining architecture, technical leadership and development. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, application teams and business stakeholders to design and build reliable integrations across our businesses.
What you’ll be doing
Taking technical ownership of our Azure integration platform and its architecture
Designing APIs and synchronous, asynchronous,



message-based and event-driven integrations
Defining integration patterns, development standards and engineering practices
Reviewing code and technical designs and guiding technical decisions
Supporting and mentoring developers on technical challenges
Working with application teams, architects and external partners to design new integrations
Troubleshooting complex production issues and improving monitoring, logging and error handling
Continuously improving the security, reliability, scalability and maintainability of the platform

What we’re looking for
Robust hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus and Event Grid
Solid understanding of integration architecture and patterns, including REST APIs, messaging and event-driven integrations
Experience with API design and security, including authentication, authorization, Microsoft Entra ID, managed i
