Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern who has completed their graduation, is passionate about student success, and is eager to learn the ropes of EdTech management. In this role, you will assist the operations team in managing active cohorts, supporting the end-to-end student experience from onboarding to placement readiness, and keeping our operational trackers up to date.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Experience & Support
Query Resolution: Act as a reliable point of contact for student queries and direct escalations to the respective program managers with urgency.
Student Engagement: Support onboarding activities for recent cohorts, including orientation setup, LMS access verification, and first-week engagement activities.
Feedback Assistance: Help collect student feedback (NPS/CSAT)



and compile data to identify areas for student experience improvement.

2. Cohort Assistance & Coordination
Health Tracking: Assist in tracking weekly cohort health metrics (attendance %, project clearance rates) using internal trackers.
Cross-functional Support: Coordinate schedules and requirements between Academic Leads, Mentors, and Placement teams to ensure smooth milestone handoffs.
Ops Support: Help execute day-to-day cohort activities, process audits, and special administrative projects under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.

3. Data Maintenance & Process Support
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain real-time operational data on Google Sheets/Excel cohort trackers and assist in preparing weekly reports.
SOP Documentation: Help documentation efforts for standard operating procedures (SOPs), intervention playbooks, and onboarding checklists.
