Role Description The Sales Manager role at MoneyTree Realty is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve revenue and growth objectives.



The Sales Manager will actively engage with prospective buyers and investors, conduct property presentations, manage site visits, and maintain robust relationships with clients and developer partners. Day-to-day tasks include pipeline management, forecasting, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to strategic sales plans in line with organizational goals.
