The position / About the Job:




Prepare export documents as per required formats and Customs norms. Liaising activities with Bank and other related agencies. Customs Compliance and Documentation. Timely communication with customers. Use of most economical packaging and transportation. Timely order entry and acknowledge orders. Procurement of Packing material.
Key Tasks:
Thorough knowledge and Practical experience of Import Export Policy Procedures, compliance, rules, and regulations.
Customs clearance, HS Classification and HS Code wise requirements such as SIMS, BIS, SCOMAT, export import related GST compliance.
Liaising with government officials such as Customs, DGFT and other agencies like CHA, Freight forwarders etc.
Having working experience of commercial transactions, business environment and internal external customer collaboration.
Export Invoice Generation, ERP Exports and Import documentation and co-ordinations.
